Taj Mahal

Renowned for its spectacular architecture and aesthetic beauty, Taj Mahal is also a great symbol of enduring love. Built by Shah Jehan to house the grave of his beloved wife, Queen Mumtaz Mahal, who died following the birth of their 14th child.


Jama Masjid

Built by Shah Jahan in 1648, the main gate of this mosque has inscription written on it, that it was built by Jahanara Begum. She was the favorite daughter of Shah Jahan and was imprisoned with him.


Agra Fort
Considered as the predecessor of the Delhi Red fort, this red sandstone Agra fort was one of the principal military establishments by Akbar that was converted into a palace during Shah Jahan's time. Later on many more additions were made by Akbar’s grandsons. The building and structures inside the fort gives an impression of a city within the city and the marble pearl mosque inside the fort is one of the most stunningly beautiful mosques in India.
