| GENERAL INFORMATION

The information given in the brochure is as accurate as we make it. Our brochure descriptions are of amenities normally available. However, circumstances can change due to events beyond our control. Major road works may necessitate route changes or hotel may undergo renovation due to unforeseen circumstances without prior intimation. All of these may cause us to change our programme. Where we may know of thee sufficiently in advance we will notify you, otherwise our tour manager or local representative will inform you of the changes on the spot. Please remember that the brochure is printed many months in advance. There are also very big fairs and exhibitions lasting up to 2 weeks, where all the hotels are fully booked several years ahead. Every effort is made to avoid such dates, but in the few instances where it is unavoidable, it may be necessary to stay in hotels in other cities. |

Indian restaurants may close or hotel management may change. We reserve the right to change the meal arrangement if circumstances make it necessary to do so. |
c. |
The hotels will either be those shown in the brochure or of a similar standard. Some of our hotels are centrally located in the cities, but in common with other tour operators we have found that to provide you with comfortable hotels at reasonable prices it is often necessary to use hotels away from city centers.

II.
| LIABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY
|
We are travel organizers only. We do not control or operate any airline, neither do we own or control any shipping company, coach or company, hotel transport or any other facility or services mentioned in this brochure. We take care in selecting all the ingredients in our package; but because we only select and inspect them and have no control in the running of them, we cannot be responsible for any injury, death, loss or damage which is caused by act or default of the management or employees of an independent contractor arising outside our normal selection and inspection process.

III.
| TERMS & CONDITIONS

a. |
There is no contract between the passenger and us until we have received the initial deposit for registering on the tour. The initial deposit just ensures a seat or participate on the tour but does not entitle any services such as air tickets, visas, hotel accommodation until the full payment has been received. If the balance payment is not made as required then we hold the right to cancel the booking & reserve the right o forfeit he initial deposit and claim the cancellation charges from the passenger as per the specifications provides for each tour. |
b. |
We reserve the right to decline or accept any person at any time for the tours offered or promoted by us. |
c. |
All tours are operated subject to sufficient participation mentioned (30 travelling passengers). In the event, sufficient participation does not take place, we can cancel the tour any time prior to the time of scheduled departure or postpone the tour. In such an event either we may offer an alternative travel plan on an individual basis, or if no alternative can be offered., all expenses incurred for the passenger’s participation will be taken in to account and the balance will be refunded. |
d. |
Any overstay expenses due to delay or change in flight timings will be at the cost of the passenger and we will no be liable or responsible for any such expenses. However, we will provide assistance to the best of our abilities. |
e. |
The tour price as on the departure date may differ from the price printed on the tour brochure, as the price is calculated at the rate prevailing at the time of the printing of the brochure. Prices of the airline/hotel and the itinerary is subject to change or alteration before or during the tour without notice due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, major currency fluctuations or increase in airfare or change in management of suppliers. We will not accede to any claims for damages or loss arising due to this alteration or change in itinerary. All such increase in price will be applicable and the passenger will have to pay in full before departure to NIMBLE TOURS directly. |
f. |
We will not to able to take on any liability or responsibility arising due to change in schedule of Airlines and Hotels overbooking or defaults, weather conditions, local strikes van quarantine or other causes. All Such losses will have to be borne by the passengers. |

h. |
We will not liable for any claims for loss of important travel documents such as passports, air tickets or any other handed over to Nimble Tours Pvt. Ltd. at any of their offices or general sales agents, due to any reason such as thefts fire floods or human error. |
i. |
No refund is permissible on partially unutilized air tickets or ground arrangements or services. |
j. |
All passengers must travel together throughout the tour programme in order to avail of the group contracted price. Please note that Nimble will not be liable or responsible for confirmation of travel on any other date other than the specified group travel. If any passenger wishes to deviate from the tour itinerary, we reserve the right to charge an additional supplement, which may affect the passenger tour price. |

If any passenger wishes to change date of travel it has to be dealt by the passenger at his own risk & deal with the airline directly. In case your change of reservation is not available in the same booking class then the airline can offer you a seat on any other class and impose a supplement charge. |
l. |
All tours will be operated in accordance with Government of India rules and regulations, subject to approval of Reserve bank of India. |
m. |
Disputes, If any, will be subject to jurisdiction of Bombay courts only.

| Air Travel Terms:-
|
| Costing and airfare for all tours is based on departure from Bombay unless specifically mentioned. Passengers opting for boarding flights from other places:

a. |
Will have to pay the airfare differences if any. |
b. |
Will have to bear expenses of airport to hotel and vice versa transportation with no reduction in the price on this account. The facility of offering the option of boarding flight from other place will be solely at our Discretion. Travel timings are subject to change and consequently may be revised at any time of the operation of tour.

| Passengers opting for land Arrangement:-
|
The Land Arrangement form MUST be filed prior to departure with passport size photo attached to the form specifying all the details.

| Visa Responsibility:-
|
Nimble acts as a representative of the passenger to apply Visa on his behalf with all the relevant documents as per the rules of the respective consulates. It is the passenger responsibility to comply with all the requirements of the respective consulates and obtain the visa. We will not be responsible or liable for any additional expenses incurred due to non-availability of visa, error in dates of visa granted or scanned photograph on the visa. In case of refusal of Visa all cancellation charges will be applicable including the non-refundable amount Rs. 20,000.

| Passengers for Land Arrangement
|
a. |
The Land Arrangement form MUST be filed prior to departure with passport size photo attached to he form specifying all the details. |
b. |
You are required to reach the hotel and check in on your own. The services of the packages will start after you check in at the hotel. |
c. |
Transfer from airport/hotel/airport will be at your own cost. |
d. |
Incase you are departing India before the group departure then you must give the respective NIMBLE staff your contact no. local/abroad in order to be informed about alterations in the packages. if

| City Center Hotel/Apartment /Family Accommodation:-
|
Due to demand & supply factor during exhibition, we arrange City center Hotel/Family accommodation with 100% advance payment. Your room will be blocked with a non-refundable registration amount of Rs. 20,000 per person followed by the balance payment of INR + USD/ EURO within a week’s time. In case of failure, your tour will stand canceled with 100% cancellation charges.

CANCELLATION CHARGES

If circumstances make you cancel on the tour due to any reason, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing for which the following cancellation charges will be applicable over and above the non- refundable registration amount of Rs. 20,000/- Cancellation Charges

NIMBLE reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to the departure, without assigning any reason. Under such circumstances money paid by you will be fully refunded in Indian Rupees only by cheque but no compensation will be payable.
